Here’s another: “declarations of war” such as the one that really was passed for Iraq, must in future have the phrase “DECLARATION OF WAR” in the title.
There are still people who (pretend to?) believe that when Congress passed the “Authorization for Use of Military Force Against Iraq Resolution of 2002”, allowing the President to sent US military forces to attack and subdue Iraq, it was not a Declaration of War by another name.
