I heard that quote somewhere but I can’t remember where.

I heard it a little differently....those that can, do. Those that can't teach.

Works either way.

That's probably a good thing. It helps to keep your sanity considering the position we find our selves in under this Regime.

My family doesn't like it though. LOL

Since he leads in most polls, who will stop Romney from winning the nomination?

Current polls are meaningless. We need to wait and see who actually runs.

Is it possible that Romney won’t run? It seems that he never stopped.

Those that can, do.
Those that can’t, teach.
Those that can’t teach run for office.

How about the necks of your enemies?

Sure, it's possible. Things are extremely uncertain right now. Who knows if Sarah will run? Which solid conservatives might step up?

Romney looks like he will, probably will, but who knows? His negatives are so high maybe even *he* realizes he can't get elected, even against zer0.

We're going to have to go slow in making our minds up this time. People like Newt and Al Greene will announce first and we can ignore them. ;0)

What a nightmare, Romney VS Obama.

At least Mc Cain picked Sarah, making pulling the lever for him somewhat easier.

We need to change the open primary rules, isn't that how we ended up with Mc Cain?

LOL! I am a fourth or fifth generation American.

Thanks for playing bozo.

I do live in a bankrupt country - sadly it is called the USA.

The “uneducated” are idiots who think the Saudis and Al Waleed are “our friends.” The idiots are the ones here who are too lazy to find out how the Muslim Brotherhood is or how CAIR, MB, Saudis et al are all the same muslims.

Too many morons love their Saudi TV (they are in bed with all 6 networks). They drink the Schlitz and take their corn cobs and .....

If I were an Icelander - would I know Schlitz? Or Rolling Rock or Genessee? Or your brand - Iron City. Or maybe I am an Icelander because I do not want to get groped by Obama’s TSA. Come get me Hussein - I am over by the volcano.

He still has millions of dollars to spend, and he may see this as his last chance. That being said, I expect this to be an even stranger campaign season than last time, and that’s saying something.

I agree completely about open primaries. What an unmitigated disaster that was in 2008.

I agree. And a LOT is going to depend on how B Hussein 0bama behaves - or doesn't - in the white house during this time. He could be an inept idiot and garner us lots of votes or he could be an effective tyrant and cause us to sink further into his marxist hellhole without losing control of the presidency. Especially if our side blows it with STUPID campaigning.

We need to be the adults, not the bickering idiots. I hope we're up to it. And that the RINOs don't torpedo all of our efforts.

I think Thompson would have had a good chance. Although he would have had to have more “fire” than he showed, and he would have had to have gotten into the race much earlier than he did. I still held out hope to him.

And because of the final turn to economic issues, I think Romney would have had a much better shot than McCain; although he probably wouldn’t have picked a conservative like Palin as his running mate, so who knows what would have happened.

But even Rush Limbaugh knew that Romney was relatively speaking more conservative than McCain, and a better pick (although he also seemed to think Rudy would have been a good choice, so maybe he’s not the best reference at this point).

But the point really is that we’ll never know, because McCain, the choice of NO conservatives, slipped through the process.

The question is, which candidate in 2012 can be the compromise conservative that can get the support across the conservative spectrum. If we have Palin, Pence, Demint, and maybe others, and nobody wants to consider anybody else’s candidate, and instead we all spend all our time tearing down every other candidate, they’ll all end up with high negatives like 2008, and some moderate will slip through again.
