Sounds more like a whiner/agitator to me. Emboldened by the anonymity of the internet. He (or she) would challenge you or me to a fist fight under that same anonymity if F.R. rules allowed it, with absolute horror at the thought of ever meeting someone in public that he had challenged.

Just my thoughts in the matter and as usual, I could be way off base.
