Hmmm. It doesn't seem to be tied to facebook. It seems to local to FR.
No, it appears that it is going directly to Facebook. When I clicked on the "Like" button, a new window opened in Facebook which prompted me for my Facebook password to log in. (If you're always logged in on Facebook, you may not see that.)
