you can sign me up right now!....red
I am in.
I looked forward to the mid-terms for a long time and we all sent a very loud and clear message to DC.
And yet, the damn Repubs have not learned a damned thing.
We’ll just have to change tactics.
I’m confused, and I’m going to put on my flame-proof suit now, because I know I’ll be ramrodded.
Are you proposing that we do exactly what we castigated the RINOs like Murkowski and Crist did during the recent elections: run anyway on another ticket?
I don’t know where this will lead. I may consider starting a website and find out how many names will sign on to send the GOP a message.

You should start you own Party. Yes you should. Start by knocking on every door in America.
If Romney or some other flaming RINO (people like Mike Huckabee come to mind) is the nominee then my wife and I will definitely vote third party. We both like Palin but failing her being the nominee any equally conservative candidate would work for us.
I’m out!
The Rinocratic Oligarchy in DC would love nothing better than a third party to kick around.....in fact I fully expect them to nominate Romney thru the DNC if Palin is the GOP candidate.
why ?
It's a petulant threat to the electorate that if Palin is not nominated, Marxist Obama will have four more to lay waste the precious Republic.
If you want Palin, fine. Campaign. Vote for her in the primary.
If you want Obama, then threaten a third party.
(Ask the SCUM who promoted Ross Perot and elected Clinton)
.
I agree with your assessment, but they have to be given the opportunity to fail. This is a thing to revisit only after the new congress is seated, and had time to put up or . . .
fail.
If Sarah Palin fails to get the nomination through the primary system I have faith in her common sense and believe she would endorse the GOP nominee (unless it’s Romney...then all bets are off).
Sir, we are tired of being kicked around and mocked in the media. It is about time we spit in the eye of the tiger. I am tired of the way things are. We need to do our part to change things.
Welcome to my thread. I am glad to see you after our little falling out yesterday, LOL
I’ve had two calls from GOP fundraisers, one was Newt’s latest (put talking point, hotbutton issue here) org. I told them both that, in light of NY-23, the Delaware fiasco and their support of Lisa Murkowski, I am not giving money to the GOP, but rather directly to the candidates and those candidates that I support are those on the TEA party plank.
Thank you. I take threads one at a time. I don’t carry bad blood from a prior thread to the next.
Oops - need coffee - misunderstood the premise.
I am ready to bolt the GOP, but I am going to give them the chance to make good on their rhetoric, or fail to do so. This applies to legislation as well as nominees. The point of the last election though was to give them a last chance after the near death experience of ‘08.
I expect they will blow the opportunity, via the same losers who have dominated the GOP for the last 22 years. All of them. Yeah, I do mean them too, for you vassals still wearing the livery.
Great. I feel the same way. They act like they have us in their pocket. It is arrogant and foolish. They don’t have us anywhere. These people have to earn our trust from now on.
Huh? Sarah isn’t the 2nd coming. Let her earn the nomination like anyone else.
