Pathetic lizards?
That wouldn’t happen o be a jab at Santana for his attempt to prove he’s invisible and flat, would it?

Didn’t last long though.

Then there’s Paula, who is shedding and hate everyone, and Slash, who has a skin crud on his leg and has moved up to Bill’s room to be a friend to catz.

I keep reminding *everyone* that these are not my pets! I’m responsible for the catz and the snake, only.

Skin crud, ugh.
Hope he will be okay.

I hope so, too. I kept telling the guys that his leg looked ugly, and suggesting that they soak him in warm water with a little tea-tree oil to kill germs, but they were always “too busy” until I pointed out that Slash is limping, now.

I’ll probably end up doing it myself a couple of times a day, because I don’t want the poor, stupid thing to lose a whole limb because my Male Family Members are lazy.

I know what I think, and I always find out something interesting in what other people think.

Aha! So that's why I can't resist looking into other people's carts in the grocery store line.

He’ll probably have a little hiss fest over it as well, but he’ll live.
Men are oblivious, I will admit that.

He likes the bath okay, if it’s not too hot or too cold.

Sheesh, sounds like Shelly the Shale Monster.
She was an Eastern Fence lizard, and she liked sitting in her water dish under the lamp with her eyes closed and nose skyward.
All she needed next were small cucumber slices on her lizardy eyes.

When the house is warm, Slash likes to sit in his water dish. Sometimes he even falls asleep in there when it gets dark.

I’ll make Bill soak him and brush his foot later. He and Anoreth have gone to the movies, I think. When I came home from the grocery store (and getting Sally’s hair washed at the salon), the car was gone and so were they.

DP took Tom to look at the bargains at Guitar Center. He was in a snit because they wouldn’t take him to the movie, even though he didn’t want to see the movie. Maybe someone can take him and the girls to see something in Monroe tomorrow.

LOL! True. Just make sure you don’t pay attention when they pay for it all. No buzzkill like seeing cool stuff in someone’s cart, then watching as the person whips out their foodstamps at the register.

Most of the time, I see Uncle Sam’s milk, eggs, meat and veggies food stamps going to pay for junk food, soda, and “juice” products that are 99% corn syrup.

Occasionally I see them used for stuff I never buy because it’s too hard on my food budget (lobster tails, tri tip, prime rib, etc).

Either way it’s a pisser.

Huh. Movies.

I’ve been lax. We only just got out to see “Voyage of the Dawn Treader” this past Monday. Didn’t even do the 3D show.

[sigh] I’m such a Luddite.

On the upside; “THOR” looks VERY interesting.

OOPS. Should have included the URL to the trailer:

Yep. Saw that as soon as the trailer was leaked. Already done complained myself hoarse over Heimdall the White being played by a black guy in gold armor.

That and Norse Gods should have Scandinavian accents, not English. Even if they go the comic book "advanced alien species" route.

Other than that, yeah... It's on my "must see" list.
