What did they say? “We don’t have an army, we don’t have any money, the only way we get people to do what we say that they should do is because people respect us and respect our fairness,” Kagan said in an NJ.com report. “Part of the court’s legitimacy depends on people not seeing the court in the way that people see the rest of the governing structures of this country now....”
[Interesting that these words can be used against them. Fairness is in viewing the Constitution as a contract. Fairness is not the way they muck through unconstitutional court precedent.]

A black man has been acquitted of all charges in the shooting death of a white man outside a bar in a case his attorney said stemmed from “ugly racism.” Jurors deliberated for four hours Friday before acquitting Stephen Spencer of homicide, aggravated assault and terroristic threats. He was freed after 453 days in Luzerne County Correctional Center following the July 2017 shooting. Spencer, 31, was accused of killing Christopher Williams, 32, in a confrontation outside the Pittston bar in July 2017 after another man refused to shake his hand because of Spencer’s race following a dispute over a game...

WAYNE COUNTY, Mich. — A one-day sweep by law enforcement agencies in Michigan resulted in the recovery of 123 missing children, the U.S. Marshals Service said.
The sweep, called Operation MISafeKid and conducted on Sept. 26, and was aimed at locating victims of sex trafficking.
“Three cases were identified as being possible sex trafficking cases, and one homeless teen was transported back to the command post after it was discovered that he had not had anything to eat in three days,” the U.S. Marshals Service said in a news release.

One of the so-called sources in the ORIGINAL Bloomberg article has already called them out for misquoting him and taking his theoretical explanations of how it could be done and mischaracterizing them as how it IS BEING DONE, and attributing it to him, when he actually told them their theory expounded in the original article “Made no sense!”
One other thing I find extremely suspicious is his claim that an unnamed “major telecom company” would bring in a less than two-year old start-up company to “scan their servers” for something amiss. These major telecom businesses have top quality security people WORKING FOR THEM completely capable of doing that, who are, in fact, capable of writing the code to do it and monitor the outgoing traffic! They aren’t going to hire some start-up with a few employees and no real track record to have any access to their servers. Ain’t gonna happen. No way!
Then you find this guy has been feeding Bloomberg ALL of these talking points since before the very first article, Yossi Appleboum. . . and his company, Sepio Systems, is one Bloomberg is hyping! This is what Bloomberg has been roundly criticized before about FAKE NEWS for business the hype the stock of . . . pushing stories that help their pet companies. This company sells software that “mitigates against malicious hardware installed on motherboards or other hardware.”. . and their primary source for ALL OF THIS is the Co-CEO of that company. Yet every other expert is saying this is BOGUS, and is not happening. Get it now????

Even the ORIGINAL Bloomberg article stated that Apple did not wind up using the Supermicro boards, cancelling an order of 30,000. . . but Apple said they DID order and use some. AFTER the date they were supposed to have found malicious ICs on motherboards, which both Apple and Amazon state categorically they did not. Only Bloomberg makes this claim from ANONYMOUS sources using bogus evidence, evidently provided by Appleboum and Sepio Systems for their own aggrandizement.

As the videos from last weekend’s protest in Portland have gone viral, namely due to the dereliction of duty on the part of the Portland police allowing the violent leftist mob to take over the city, one particular video has caught the attention of police and Multnomah County district attorney Rod Underhill.
The video in question shows a man in a silver car getting caught up in the protest. Apparently fearing for his safety, the man starts to drive through the protest. One genius decides he’s going to jump in front of the car and try to stop it, as other members of the mob converge on the car, shouting obscenities at the driver and beating on his car. The driver eventually made it through, but stopped at the red light up the block. There, the protesters chased him down, smashed a window out in his car, and started threatening him. Now police are encouraging the protesters to come forward as “victims” so they can charge the driver of the car with crimes. Masquerading as a woman’s rights activist and zealously pro-choice doctor, Gosnell was left to butcher and blunder as he pleased.
Kermit Gosnell was ultimately convicted of murdering three born alive infants by stabbing their necks with scissors. Yet these are only three of many hundreds (if not thousands) of murders that Gosnell committed. Gosnell: The Untold Story of America’s Most Prolific Serial Killer was a nationally bestselling book in 2017, and now it has been turned in to a major motion picture premiering on October 12.
Here are five grisly facts about the Gosnell case ...
1. Kermit Gosnell’s “abortion” clinic was really a “House of Horrors.”
Kermit Gosnell was an abortion doctor. He owned a private practice nestled in the heart of Philadelphia where he employed a variety of unlicensed, under-privileged workers. When the FBI raided his clinic on February 18, 2010, they were horrified to find blood on the floor, the stench of urine in the air, flea-ridden cats wandering the halls, rusty and unsterile equipment sitting about, and a room full of moaning women who had been left alone on bloody recliners after their abortion procedures. They described his home as “a house of horrors” – and to this day it is boarded up and shunned by the neighborhood. Even more horrifying: Gosnell’s collection of forty-seven pairs of babies in his refrigerator –and the body parts discovered jammed in the garbage disposal.
2. Gosnell butchered women, botched abortions, and murdered born alive infants.
Multiple women died under Gosnell’s sloppy handiwork, but thousands of babies died by his purposeful hand. It was well known that he was rough with his patients, slapping their legs and shouting in their faces if they cried or told him they were scared. Gosnell was known for editing sonograms to make babies appear younger and smaller than they were, and he saved the biggest babies to be aborted on Sundays – when only he and his wife would be at the clinic to see how large these infants were.
Gosnell would cause the babies to be born prematurely, and then snip their spinal cord while they were still breathing. His assistants, hardened though they were, were shocked by the size of some of these babies (left in boxes on the counters or frozen until they could be burned), and this ultimately led to Gosnell’s demise.
3. Gosnell also made a living from illegally selling drugs.
Gosnell was supplying drug dealers whilst masking as a women’s health advocate and a benevolent community member – writing prescriptions for OxyContin, Percocet, Xanax, and codeine syrup for anyone who requested. “Patients” would show up to his clinic, wait a couple hours to meet with him, pay $150 for the appointment, and receive several prescriptions to whatever medication they requested. During the following weeks, that patient could call in and order as many new scripts for the prescription as they desired – for just $20 a script. As his luxury shore house and his wife’s many designer purses show, Gosnell was making bank. Ultimately it was Gosnell’s drug dealings that caused Detective Jim Wood to stumble into his house of horrors.
4. A husband and wife decided Gosnell must be exposed – and his story became a national bestseller.
Ann McElhinney and Phelim McAleer, the investigative journalists and authors of Gosnell: The Untold Story of America’s Most Prolific Serial Killer, spent three years researching this case and compiling evidence. They have both spoken with Gosnell himself – now an unrepentant and boastful prisoner serving three life term sentences in a Philadelphia prison. Now these passionate and determined duo have made Gosnell into a major motion picture premiering on October 12. Their work was no walk in the park. “Reading the testimony and sifting through the evidence in the case in the research for this book and writing the script of the movie has been brutal,” McElhinney wrote inGosnell’s preface. “I have wept at my computer. I have said the Our Father sitting at my desk. I am no holy roller – I hadn’t prayed in years – but at times when I was confronted with the worst of this story I didn’t know what else to do…”
5. The biased media refuses to acknowledge Gosnell.
When Gosnell: The Untold Story of America’s Most Prolific Serial Killer first was released, it blazed through the ranks on Amazon to become a national bestseller – selling out in just three days! Ranking at #3 in all books on Amazon, Gosnell was dubbed “Amazon’s #1 Hot New Release” – and should have been #4 on the New York Times best seller list. Yet the NYT utterly ignored Gosnell’s claim to fame, arguing that they represented the “best assessment of what books are the most broadly popular.” This mirrors much of what went on at the time of the actual Gosnell trial; hardly any media showed up at the courthouse, let alone covered the case.
Yet despite the media’s attempts to hush up Gosnell’s crimes, the book continues to thrive (and it was actually just reprinted in paperback). Now it is time for the movie to do its work.
