I read an article about these gasses months ago. Could have been something posted here on FR. Because these anaestetics are so expensive a lot of Hospitals are capturing these gasses in scrubbers of some sort and reusing them.

The guys outside 1st Mariner Arena were only charging a couple of bucks per balloon.
I think the hospitals miught be ripping people off.
