All these “studies,” and articles like the one from “Psychology Today” about beauty, have to exclude from their study subjects or analysis people who got married in their early 20s and stay married until they die. In spite of modern trends, that’s still a lot of people. One would expect this group to have different values and expectations, often, from those who are “looking” for a “partner” in their middle age.
