No, it shows enough hope for the future that you will be motivated enough to change things to accomodate the cell phone.

True. If she'd been a properly qualified gubmint economic planner, she'd never have discovered the orthogonal power of the cell phone to change her life and would have prioritized the need for microscopic (but critical) generating capacity accordingly. Stupid woman!

Africa's problems are largely due to lack of capacity for planning, right?
