hehe. Up to a point. Go out to Phoenix next summer when it's 113 degrees and jump in an unheated swimming pool out-side in the sun...see how warm or cold the water is...
I don't think it would hold for the ocean though. The pool is a relatively closed system, the ocean has too many variables.
