Sorry that use to work back before the ridiculous cash awards started becoming common place.
I fully understand how some jerk can destroy a work environment and make life miserable for a lady. I also understand that there are very clear actions put in place that help document and punish that kind of behavior.
It has absolutely nothing to do with this talentless hack, gold digger sniffing around for a pay off after coning someone into creating a fake job for her.

I think he meant, sexual harassment in the context of this story. There's no way Jenn Sterger should be considered a victim of sexual harassment.

Sexual harrassment should not be tolerated and the perpetrator needs to be punished accordingly. However, when victims of such begin publicly demanding cash settlements, it becomes something else entirely. Something more akin to extortion and gold-digging. At that point, the victim becomes more like a prostitute than a victim.
