Right. I’m glad you found a remedy.
It's not like I had much of a choice, I didn't have a problem with bad cholesterol otherwise I'd have done as others suggested above (ie: Fish oil capsules, oatmeal, change diet, vitamins, etc..) None of that seemed to help for low GOOD cholesterol.
If someone DOES have a natural remedy to raise good cholesterol, I'm all ears. I'd really rather NOT have to take Lipitor if I can help it...
