Bottom line - it does look like Daniels got taken by the “Non-Compete Clause”, just as I had mentioned. What a bummer.
interesting article....doesn’t change my opinion a bit. Daniels is a true conservative and his record pretty much proves it. If you travel the Indiana toll road, you will notice that within ten or so milews of it is a freeway equal in condition to the tollroad.....it goes completely across the state and is FREE. I have no idea why the foreign people leased the tollway(made no sense to me) but they did, and paid billions of dollars to do so......I travel that route to Chicago on a regular basis, and NEVER take the toll road....I’d gain nothing and pay a toll to do so....not me!!!
