Buddy of mine worked out a good solution for when you get tricked into taking a telemarketing call. One of those little air horns they sell for use on boats. Most telemarketers wear headsets...

Those little air horns are an excellent tool to slow an intruder down while you get to a weapon. Think in layers of response ... air horn, 25 foot wasp spray, .45 auto loader, shotgun with 2 and 4 duplex, 5.56 nato rounds concentrated on target. I foyu get to the last layer, you’re under siege and could use a few claymores you forgot to arm.
I kept getting robocalls every morning and they do not leave a message if you don’t pick up. They call the next day, and the next day and the next day...I picked up the phone once and dropped in on the bed and went out to get my coffee...Hung up the phone about a hour later and have not gotten any calls since then....Just let them prattle on to an empty phone...
