Yeah i get what you want to say.
But serious if i have a lot less than a ounce of pot inside my home (not that i have it but anyway) i don´t expect that a swat team will raid my home at 3 am.
Maybe a drug dealer will expect this (and believe me they would have been prepared and WOULD have fired on the officers!) But in this case.
I mean come on! He didn´t harm anyone (beside himself maybe) and was executed by police!
We have courts do deal with this.
And the police is NOT THERE to play the judges.
There exists something we call law.
Just for example you know it´s against the law to drive over a stop sign. It´s against the law to drink a beer when you are not 21. Should you be killed for this????
