So vaccines increased deaths? I seriously doubt it, life expectancy has only increased for the past decades, and so have vaccinations. Sounds like a misquote or context is missing.

The vaccines might not increase deaths, they might decrease life by lowering fertility. Also “reproductive health services” includes birth control and abortion.
