The deadline is Monday, January 24th and we have 275 applications, and only need 75 more to pass HOUSE BILL NO. 1418 and establish this special plate "DONT TREAD ON ME" (photo of plate on website) as an official Virginia license plate. How cool is that!
Wish I could get one (Illinois)
I wish we had those in Texas.
They’re very nice. No doubt! But bumper stickers are a lot cheaper! ;-)
I want one, but I don’t renew my tags until September.
Come on VA, get these on the road!
Maybe also try posting this on the State of Virginia FR page?
Would love to know how to go about getting this in Ohio!
LOL Mom...we have TX plates. You know this. LOL When we first moved here, we got a letter telling us that we owed the County $1200, because my car was in my name and the hubby’s and the military exception only applies to Active Duty military, not their spouses. I “sold” my half of my car to hubby so fast! Our next door neighbor (the friendly one) is also active duty Army, from TX. When we are all 4 home, with all 4 cars parked side by side, we are a little corner of TX friendliness in NoVA.
