It's the speech cadence problem. It has never been corrected and it makes her difficult to understand. People just do not want to work that hard to get info. Shallow, unfair, yes..but there it is.
It makes here irritating, too.
But the fact that she is quite unwilling to address it, and in fact seems to have stepped it up, suggests something that it is not at all shallow and unfair: it suggests a lack of seriousness, and an unwholesome love of the attention she gets from her amen chorus.
