Actually, if Hawaii was obeying its laws all the records Fukino referred to in her public announcements would be disclosed to anybody who asked to see them.
These people are CONSTANTLY LYING about what their laws say. Hawaii’s UIPA requires that records created and/or maintained for the purpose of informing the public be disclosed. Once Fukino made an announcement about those documents they became public records.
If Hawaii obeys its laws.
But Hawaii doesn’t obey its laws. And that should be problematic to everyone.
