O’Donnell strikes me as being as unwatchable as Keith, only more boring.

I guess Maddow was so immensely popular, that Olbermann couldn’t lick her at MSNBC. So he was sent packing.

Well I was wrong. It seems MSNBC hasn’t seen the light. They’ll ride their left wing political coverage all the way to the poor house. The sooner the better.

Instead, sources inside the network say it came down to the more mundane world of office politics–Olbermann was a difficult employee, who clashed with bosses, colleagues and underlings alike..

Translation: Olbermann is a complete a-hole.

Okay - I’ve got a plan to help get this FReepathon ended slightly faster so please let others know by posting a link to this in the threads you’re on tonight and this weekend please!

I know some people feel bad about donating a small amount like $5 or $10 but heck, if that’s what you’ve got, that’s what you’ve got! I don’t know many that would turn their nose up at it :-)

So I’ll propose that if you want to donate something between $5 and $20, when you either contact me or someone pings me that something under $20 was donated, I’ll throw in the extra up to $20. So if you donate $7.50 I’ll donate $12.50.

I don’t have a lot since I already sent in an extra amount this time, but let’s cap it at $110.

So get to getting please!

Don’t believe it. Comcast knows they’re going to lose cable customers over the left wing crap at msnbc. That and his refusal to “tone it down”.

MSNBC executives have long planned for the day the network’s star might be sent packing, and the rise of Rachel Maddow at MSNBC – along with the grooming of Lawrence O’Donnell as a potential replacement for Olbermann – appears to have hastened the host’s departure.

Oh barf... More Rachel MadCow and Lawrence "Creepy Liar" O'Donnell to come, apparently, on pMSNBC...

Replaced By O’Donnell (RBO’D). How’s that for a resume enhancement? That’s like offering proof that you are actually not the most stupidly arrogant star of stage, screen, and tv, on the planet.

As in:

Name: KO
Position applied for: Star
Last position held: Cable commentator
Reason for leaving: RBO’D

"Olbermann and his iconic Countdown have been immensely important in the resurgence of MSNBC...."

"With Maddow enjoying both immense popularity inside MSNBC and very strong ratings..."

Just who do these people think they're kidding? MSNBC's ratings are in the toilet, and have been for a very long time. There's no "resurgence", or "immense popularity" anywhere near that network.

What a load of obama.

Olbermann is an A-hole. This split is proof that even in TV entertainment, being an A-hole can cost you your job.

Being nice isn’t that hard....unless your a crazy leftist loon with anger problems.

Probably stems from the stuff Levin alludes to on his show...just sayin.
