She went against drs advice and gave her son a controversial diet that consisted of practically nothing but fat for a couple weeks and then reintroduction of other foods gradually, IIRC. For her trouble, they tried to take away her son. Til it worked.

Hollywood lies about so many things, why do you think this is true? because most kids have to be kept on the ketone diet until they grow out of their seizures (usually at age 12 or so).
