...generalizing, left/liberal, paranoid panzies. They shriek with fallacious exaggerations about bird crashes, global warming, and so on. Wind yields plenty of watts per dollar with heavier, homebuilt equipment in windy enough places.
Metrosexuals don’t last long outdoors at well below zero and winds gusting to 110 mph. But the turbines behind the following link do for those who can weld a good bead and turn a few parts. Have a look at one of the kinds of things that men do.

Jacobs wind turbines were used on many off-grid farms during the 1920s and 1930s, BTW.
Since they were Leftist we should assume that they were wrong in both cases. Global Warming will not cause stronger storms. The winds are not weakening. We have had a Screaming Strong La Nina for over 7 months now. By definition that means Equatorial Trade Winds have been strong, otherwise we would not have La Nina conditions. Why is this stuff so difficult ?
Of course the causes of various fluctuations in global wind patterns and wind speeds have nothing to do with the fevered activity of leftist scientists trying to invent a reason why capitalism and prosperity (for the “masses”) must end.
