However, could you please explain what a "WORLDWIDE" caution from the U.S. State Dept. means ---- specifically, does that INCLUDE the U.S.A., too?????
It was my understanding that foggy bottom ONLY deals with foreign countries, and that for ANY terror alerts within America, that the DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY would issue an alert.
I've been constantly on "High Alert" since the year before 911, so don't follow these announcements so very much.
Thank you for your possible assistance in clearing this up for 1010RD and/or possible lurkers who want to know, too.

1. The story’s headline: “everywhere”
and
2. Obama’s Presidency which began two years ago.
