I believe you are correct in saying that Roberts is a Federalist.
I also believe that if you think that means he will declare laws like this to be Constitutional, then you don't really know what a "Federalist" is.

"Roberts is a Federalist." And why would a federalist want to uphold Obamacare? A federalist believes in a federal relationship between sovereign states rather than a national government. A federalist would want the 10th Amendment strictly honored. A federalist does NOT want things like health care controlled from Washington, DC.
