Not a single Senate Democrat on Wednesday voted to repeal ObamaCare. That was expected. But with the health law as unpopular as ever, the vote could come back to haunt vulnerable Democrats in 2012.
Eleven Democrats up for re-election next year represent states in which Republicans won a majority of the 2010 popular vote for House seats: Florida, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia and Wisconsin.
Especially vulnerable:
* Montanas Jon Tester and Missouris Claire McCaskill won in 2006 with less than 50% of the vote.

I’m still in shock when I see Michigan listed among “red states”.
We done good.
Hopefully 11 ex-Senators
We in Arizona are proud of you!
They should all be defeated for being putting party ahead of the USA.
We in Florida will send Bill Nelson packing. I guarantee it.
It will be as bad or worse for them if the GOP keeps the pressure up. The fact is until 2012 the GOP only holds the House, so chances for outright repeal are slim. If the repubs have any stones they'll send a repeal bill up every week, and any GOP state AG will keep filing suit to have their state opt out.
Attach repeal amendments to every spending bill the RATs try to pass, send piecemeal repeal bills up, in short make them defend this crap. Refight "the battles of the last 2 years", because NO, there hasn't been enough debate! If anything it will bog the regime down, make them spend what little political capital they have left.
I sent an email to Levin and Stabenow about the mess in Egypt and the pain that is inevitably coming to Americans as a result. Mostly I focused on the fact that they know its coming and the fact that they have stood directly in the path of allowing America to develop our petroleum industry.
I think we should all start hammering our representative on this one hard.
The newly elected Manchin, West Virginias former governor, made the EPA a key theme of his 2010 Senate bid. He sued the EPA to stop it from rescinding the permit and later used a cap-and-trade bill for target practice in an ad.
Granted, but that's not the only factor.
Obama is going to go for broke; he's going to try to do everything possible to screw up the country before he's handed his walking papers. That includes giving away the store to foreign enemies.
This could lead to a rount in 2012. He doesn't give a fig for the others in his party, any more than Hitler cared for the teenagers who were freezing to death on the Russian frontier in the winter of 1941-1942. They're not even "real" to Obumma. They're just props on the stage of the theater in his mind.
I hope every one of them lose their “jobs” this next election!
Just sayin'
Jim Webb is deadmeat in VA.
Mike
It may look that way from Dearborn but the GOP wave was bigger here than anywhere else in the nation.
We’ll probably be forced to accept a moderate but its a step in the right direction. Kinda like Rick Snyder.
POTUS Obama is going to be a one term POTUS!!! He will take the Democrat Party down with him!!! Everyone of those so-called moderate Democrat Senators that voted to sustain “Obamacare” will go down to defeat in November of 2012!!!
I sincerely hope so. He's been strangely quiet about his intentions for 2012.
Webb seems completely detached from voters here in VA; he held no townhalls in the runup to 0bamaCare, and never seems to appear at public events.. at least not around here. The other Webbwarner twin, Mark Warner -- to his very limited credit -- at least makes a modicum of effort to talk to the folks.
They're both worthless, predictable 0bamaphile shlubs, though, and are completely out of step with the voters in this state. Both pimped themselves in their respective campaigns as "fiscally conservative," "independent voices on Capitol Hill"...IOW, the usual pabulum we hear dems speak when they run for office in swing states.
The two of them (Webb in '12; Warner in '14) need to be bounced out of office in minimal time.
YES!!! Nelson must go. We can and will toss him out. We got rid of Crist and remember, in the beginning it seemed Rubio had no chance. The time to start the Nelson smear campaign and to find a good challenger is now. HE MUST GO!
