The Raider nation name has been around for some time and they earned that tag. It was given to them by the lamestream media.
You are welcome to call yourself the steeler nation but you deserve your very own “tag”, not one stolen from Al Davis.
Sorry...but John Facenda of NFL Films coined the term ‘Steeler Nation’ to describe the rabid, national fan base of the Black and Gold in 1975...Oakland Al started ‘marketing’ those ‘Black Hole’ sections in the 1980s. The rap songs came even later.
