Nope. Cold does not exist. It cannot be measured or observed.
What people call cold is actually a lack of heat.

Technically.
Cold is the absence of heat, just like dark is the absence of light; they describe states lacking (that is, the non-existence) of something.

Cold doesnt exist?Geek joke ... Cold is the absence of heat. You can't make something colder; you can remove heat. There is no such thing as 'negative heat', which is what 'cold' would be. Hence, there is no such thing as 'cold'.

It is because cold is really only the absence of heat that you can reach “absolute zero.” Once you have removed all the heat, you cannot do anything to make it colder. Conversely, you can add more heat, or energy to continue to make things hotter.
