This is nonsense. My aunt, born in Norway to two Norwegian-born but naturalized American citizens, was both an American and a Norwegian citizen for her entire 102-year life. There’s just nothing that says an American can’t also be a foreign citizen by birth: our government doesn’t recognize the foreign citizenship but it doesn’t penalize it, either.

No, you aunt was born an American Citizen with Norwegian heritage.

There’s just nothing that says an American can’t also be a foreign citizen by birth: our government doesn’t recognize the foreign citizenship but it doesn’t penalize it, either

Citizen is the key word, the POTUS must be Natural Born Citizen.

There is no right to be POTUS but you do have to meet the Constitutional requirements.

It is not being penalized for not doing so.
