Wife wanted to watch this so we did. The performances were unbearable. It was interesting to note the minority reactions to the country singers winning. J-Lo looked like see wanted to be anywhere but at a show where the hicks were taking all the gold home. Just an observation same for others in the crowd.
Well at least “the hicks” were the ones whom I could understand their singing over some of the other songs.
Yep, the Hicks are doing it.
I’ve found myself listening to more Country and Bluegrass the last few years, now it’s almost exclusively “Hick” music. Even my favorite watering hole has pretty much gone country. CMT is the most popular TV channel.
I do try to listen to other styles but just can’t enjoy it.
