Since Wisconsin teachers called in "sick"

and yet they still get paid. Anyone know how many sick days/yr these so-called "teachers" receive?

In Texas, on top of the various long vacation periods, my wife gets 10 payed sick days from the state and 5 from her district every year and they accrue without limit. At her school it is not uncommon for teachers nearing retirement to have a year’s worth of sick leave built up. They have some minor surgery and just never come back to work, retiring when the sick time runs out.
