Wisconsin has a recall proceedure:
“Laws governing recall in Wisconsin”

It requires a petition with signatures containing 25% of the number who voted in the last election.
What I read indicated it was a fairly short process if the required signatures were collected. It applies to all elective officers after the first year of the term for which the incumbent was elected. So they could not be removed until the end of the first year of their term.
