OK it's got to be said:
THAT'S THE WAY YOU DO IT.
Nope.
He’s needed, right where he’s at. Perhaps he’s setting examples for the other states....giving them backbones.
That is my vote....and I am TRULY sticking to it. :)
Excellent point. Seconded.
Mother Jones ran a (in their mind) hit piece on him for being too pro-life.
Liking this guy more and more.
Did you feel that earthquake?
That was me. Hitting the ground. *Plop* Someone AGREED with me! WHOOO HOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! :) :)
How can one be TOO pro-life???
I like Allen West for president.....someday but I have the sense to sit back and watch to see what he does.
It’s not a question of whack a mole. As I said, I like very much what he’s done so far. But he hasn’t actually DONE anything yet. He’s made a great start, but how about waiting to see whether he can carry it through.
Political leadership isn’t just about having good ideas or giving a good speech. It also involves putting those ideas into practice and/or getting them passed into law. That hasn’t been done yet.
Arnold Schwarzenegger came into office talking the talk about reducing spending and balancing the budget. He was weak on the social issues, but seemed to be strong on fiscal policy. He pushed it for a certain amount of time. And then he threw up his hands and surrendered.
Maybe a few of the RINOs will cave. Maybe he’ll compromise. Maybe they’ll grind him down. I hope not. But he needs to prove himself.
Arguing with a pig is a waste of time. Everybody gets dirty and the pig loves it.
Have a nice day.
I believe strongly, in reverse Saul Alinsky.
At the drop of a hat, if I see libs hysterically attacking one of ours.
I rush to their support. Imagine. Blocking and neutralizing the left. Move for move.
THAT is what I’m talking about. Think about that. Imagine if Speaker of the House Gingrich, had stood his ground in 1994.
Imagine if Republicans, rather than cower and avoid conflict, took it to the left WITHOUT HESITATION.
If that’s a refreshing thought, perhaps you should focus on our opposition reflexively. Rather than our own.
Just something to consider. :)
Thanks.
LOL! Perfect...
For crying out loud.
Perhaps you should just switch parties.
Stop the pretend, and work for Democrats.
At least let us have him for four years to fix this state and get it on the right track. He’ll be more seasoned for 2016 or 2020.
I’m impressed by Rick Snyder despite the fact that I think he’s dead wrong on many issues. I’m impressed because he seems to be putting reality first rather than clinging to promises he made as recently as his state of the state address.
He said he wanted to put funding into education but is instead cutting funding which is in turn leading to a union fight here.
Agreed.
And I believe Walker has government administrative experience. However, lets see whether, or how well he commands the Republican members of his legislature to achieve a suitable outcome before we put him at or near the top of the ticket.
Walker is the CEO of a government that at this moment is facing a microcosm of what the nation is, or will soon be facing. He very well may emerge as the only Republican politician who has hands on experience dealing effectively with that challenge. Folks should make no mistake as to who is conducting this round of community organizing; the executive ranks of the biggest unions in the U.S. include members of the Democratic Socialist of America.
I am not throwing Sarah under the bus, but I believe her experience was gained successfully dealing with corrupt political machinery and what we are looking at now is a different kind of hardball politics.
Last year it was Scott Brown.
Some of you people are just too spur of the moment and SHALLOW.
I do not know nearly enough about Gov Walker to vote for him for anything. He might be right on this issue, but what about other issues?
How is it exactly, we ever stood up to the Soviet Union.
I’m really having a difficult time remembering how we did that, recently.
Because that is exactly still what we’re up against.
I don’t see that sort of determination any more. It’s gone. In fact, I see avoidance, and denial. And a reflexive instinct, to whack-a-mole. We have become our own worst opponents.
IMHO.
Please how about, we focus on advancing our own side, and tirelessly opposing the left.
We seem far too ready to do exactly the opposite:
Tirelessly opposing our own, to the advancement of the left.
Just saying...
Your tagline..... Trump???
He was pro-abortion until last week.....
He donated $50,000 to Rahm Emmanuel
Trump???
You take Used Car dealers by their word don’t you??
OK I’m going to do a quick experiment.
I’ll review your last 15 posts. Right now, and see how many are in opposition in some way, to the leftwing agenda.
BRB...
I'd rather do it reflectively. Finding out about someone before I vote for them on the spur of the moment.
