“Doctor: Sir, do you own guns?
Me: What I own or have in my home is none of your business. End of statement!”
That answer is a dead givaway for “Yes”!. When asked, just say “No”.
Hell, yes: ask away! Just accuse the doc of a boundary violation when he/she does ask. That’ll shut them up.
