UPDATED: As Two And A Half Men star Charlie Sheen's erratic behavior escalated today in a series of verbal assaults on the show's creator-executive producer Chuck Lorre, the sitcom's network and studio did the only thing they could in the situation: pull the plug. But they only did it for this season. (Two and a Half Men was scheduled to resume production on Monday for 4 more episodes). So the door is left open for a possible ninth season. "Based on the totality of Charlie Sheens statements, conduct and condition, CBS and Warner Bros TV have decided to discontinue production of Two and a Half Men for the remainder of the season," the two companies said in a statement.

Couldn't happen to a better truther.
Ho Hum... Two and a Half Men... Not to be missed. Not even funny.
I have only seen a few episodes.
It’s pretty ribald but funny.
Thats a cool Slammin Sammy Snead Hat
But Charlie could be about to wreck out.
I’m partial to the Mystery Science Theater 3000 TV show. Does anybody know if Charlie will reprise his brilliant role as Servo? I like to riff on bad movies myself.
I have never seen a single minute of that show.
Sometimes I feel like I’m out of the loop.
Eh, yeah it was a decent enough show, not quite my normal fair but it had it’s moments.
What bothers me is this is the consequence for all of the hookers/strippers/blow/booze Sheen consumes, the end product of engaging in that stuff and it will never be talked of in that way.

He is obviously in trouble at the moment
Well they wrote Rhoda out of ‘Rhoda’, so I guess they can do without Charlie.
Yep, and in a very dangerous situation wherein “they like me when I’m drunk/high whatever”.
This man makes 1.2 million per episode.
That’s pathetic!
What a freaking loser to throw that away.
What an even bigger loser to throw his health away with all the drugs, alcohol, and hookers.
If this is what money does to you, I don’t want any more than I need to pay the bills.
I’m sure Martin is just so proud.
Charlie Sheen - a chip off the old block.....
sadly he’ll be getting residuals.
sadly he’ll be getting residuals.
"Hey dad, I know we could pick up that stripper. I got a gram of coke in my pocket and $50. You always say we don't do stuff together father son anymore"
On a different note,
Dallas strip club owners thank Charlie Sheen for being in rehab during the Super Bowl, stating that with Charlie gone it freed up enough strippers to entertain the multitudes that showed up in Dallas.
I watched a few minutes while channel surfing.
Astonished.
Filthy show.
MST3K.... One of the worst things to happen to my TV viewing experience.
No show is too good or too bad to be spared live commentary in our household.
Damn you, MST!
It doesn’t matter much. The left will throw him under the bus faster than Lindsy what’s her face.
Drugs. Drugs and alcohol and bad decision making.
You don't see Bill Gates with hookers and cocaine and he's got plenty of money. He also has common sense and a work ethic.
Money allows people like Charlie Sheen to make huge mistakes with what they have (no sense and no decency). Drugs, alcohol and bad decision making are what caused the problems to start with. Money just fueled the fire.
We will be reading about his death due to an overdose soon.
Anybody wanna bet that Charlie will still be alive by the end of the summer?
Heard him on a radio show last week. He himself said they only had one more show shoot and then they had the summer off.
TSA , touch my children & I will eat your hands off the end of your arms, and send you back to the stupid troll hole you crawled out of......
..so he's ok with yer standard red blooded American.
Yeah, me, too.
Kind of nice and quiet out here, isn't it?
As a matter of fact, yes.
Yes it is.
