No need for her to brush up on anything as she never remarked on the correctness or incorrectness of this particular ruling. She merely implied her opinion that past/present rulings on freedom of assembly; speech are not evenly meted out amongst varying groups or individuals in this country.

It was plenty easy to interpret her remarks as a slam against the decision itself. As her employer, Fox news did, and many others. After re-reading her tweet several times, I’m giving her the benefit of the doubt on this.
