I’m sort of middle of the road on this one. Yes, she was young but she went after a married man. The president of the U.S. That being said, she was young/stupid and Clinton was the POTUS. I guess she assumed that he would leave his wife for her. Either way, she will pay for this indiscretion the rest of her life.
I will always feel sorry for her.
On the maturity scale and given the fact that she was a White House intern what Clinton did is comparable to stomping on a baby chick in a hatchery.
I expect much more from a President in the way of judgment, ethics, and self-control than I do a 21 year old star-struck intern.
Monica deserves our pity and I hope she finds peace and understanding.
