The legal birth father of Obama is...Obama senior. That is the absolute legal and relevant FACT.

And you know that "absolute and relevant FACT," how?

The birth notices from the Hawai’i Health Bureau list a son born to Mr. and Mrs. Barack H. Obama of 6085 Kalanian’aole Highway, Honolulu. Those notices were published on August 13 and August 14th, 1961.
The divorce records for Stanley Ann D. Obama and Barack H. Obama list a son coming from that marriage.

Actually, James picked this in #45.

I should have said “absolute and relevant LEGAL FACT.”

“Real facts” and “legal facts” may not necessarily be the same.

And in this case, because of the divorce, the LEGAL FACT is that Obama Sr. is the birth father.

As such Obama was born a natural citizen of Britain. To this day he remains such as he has not renounced his British citizenship formally.

The Thai Prime Minister is dealing with the exact same problem in Thailand right now after keeping this dual citizenship secret from his people.
