Potential presidential candidate Donald Trump says he has "just a little" doubt that President Obama is U.S.-born but his feeling doesn't make him an "idiot."
The mogul and TV reality star suggested in an interview with ABC's "Good Morning America" that aired Thursday that he's reluctant to discuss the topic because "everybody that even gives any hint of being a 'birther,' a word you didn't use, even a little bit of a hint like, 'gee, maybe you know, just maybe there is this much of a chance,' they label them as an idiot."

No action of a parent can remove US citizenship from a US-born child. To renounce your US citizenship is a cumbersome process and must be performed by an adult. Obama's adoption and acquiring of Indonesian citizenship is not recognized by US law.
The US does not recognize dual citizenship. It's neither prohibited or encouraged, it's just ignored. As far as our laws go, holding citizenship in one or more other countries does not affect one's status as a US citizen in any way.
Were this otherwise, Libya or Sri Lanka could grant citizenship to any US presidential candidate and therefore make him ineligible, obviously not something we wish to allow.
The candidates are educated on the issue.
The candidates lack the gonads to stand up to the Marxist mainstream media. And...So does **every** weenie Republican representative and leader in the Party.

Would it be easier to see if you looked at the very real prospect that releasing any info she/they had would put her/them in prison for life rather, than the WH?
It all ties in together. Someone who tried to verify that the SSN Obama used in his 2009 tax returns had actually been issued to Obama and the SSN database came back saying that number had NOT been issued to Obama. Why is Obama using a SSN that was not issued to him?
There are different claims regarding whether he could have gotten a CT SSN. One claim, IIRC, (and correct me if I’ve got this wrong, Sven) is that the number could have come from an agency in CT that handled SSN’s for foreign students, and Obama had applied to Occidental as an Indonesian citizen who had been born in Hawaii.
There are also apparently different claims about the SSN that Sean Paul Ludwig used. The SS Death Index claims a different SSN for Ludwig than was used by Obama, but Kerchner seems to be saying that researchers have found original sources in which Ludwig used the same SSN that Obama is using. We haven’t seen those documents so I don’t know how reliable they are. Kerchner seems to be a reliable source so I don’t doubt that there are documents, but it could be possible that Ludwig himself made up a SSN that he used, just like Obama is using a SSN that was never issued to him.
Ultimately, the only way we will know the truth about the SSN’s is by checking the SS database to see who they have listed as the owners of the SSN’s, and auditing to see that the SS database info has not been manipulated. Auditing is necessary because we’ve already got evidence of data manipulation by every government agency that has disclosed any information of any kind on Obama or his mother.
One example of that is the statements by Fukino claiming an “original birth certificate” for Obama, even though HI Governor Neil Abercrombie (Obama’s friend) says they don’t have one for Obama in Hawaii.
The important thing with Obama’s SSN is that the SS database says that number was NOT issued to Obama. That raises the question of why Obama is using a SSN that doesn’t belong to him. Does he even HAVE a SSN that belongs to him? If not, why not? And how was he able to be in the Illinois and US Senate without anybody ever noticing that he doesn’t have a SSN?
The whole mess tells us how bad the corruption, criminality, and incompetence in our current government system is. They cannot be trusted. Period. There are discrepancies with his birth records, his SSN, his draft registration, his passport, and his mother’s passport records. Those are the only agencies that have released any information about Obama. Every one. It’s no wonder that DHS is checking to see who is requesting FOIA records and what they might want it for before they will release any information. The whole stinking government is covering for this guy.
And that is the big story. It has little to do with Obama himself. I am idly curious as to his real story, but what burns in my belly is a need to get government itself back to some semblance of credibility and lawfulness.

I've read the decision and unless I misunderstood something (quite possible) it never specifically said he was NBC, although it did say he was a citizen at birth. I believe citizen at birth = native born, making for two groups of citizens: native born/natural born/citizen at birth and naturalized. A subset of the birthers believes there are three categories: citizen at birth with a subset of these being natural born, and naturalized. I know of absolutely nothing in US case law that would point to this three category conclusion.
Interestingly, at the time his parents were not only not citizens, as Chinese they were ineligible to be naturalized. If I remember right, he also spent some considerable portion of his childhood in China.
One of the dissenters in the case said that ruling him to be a citizen would open the presidency to a "coolie." (The horror.) But I don't believe the ruling itself said any such thing.

For the last 230 years Natural born citizenship required that both parents be American citizens. It is not based on place of birth. Until such time as there is a Constitutional amendment to change the meaning of Natural born, obama is not the President. if obama was born in Kenya(99 % chance) he is a Kenyan national as his mother was too young to convey citizenship in 1961. if he was born in Hawaii(1%chance) he would be a native born citizen,still not eligible to be the President. Regardless ,of how you look at it obama IS NOT the President of the United States.
The MSM (and journolist) will be scrabbling to discredit Trump with every personal detail in his background. They need to contain this and keep the taboo status on the topic.

If Trump is the best we’ve got against Obama, then I’ll certainly vote for him. But ... I think Trump has no clue how dirty the DEMS can and will play. I think he’ll try to appear magnanomous, he’ll play too clean and lose.

I've always believed that "Obama" was chosen because the K'Toons blew it when they were pushed into the WH and turned into an epic FAIL. The "powers that be" were no longer willing to take a chance on HRC going moderate, as BJ did, combined with the huge negatives she possessed, as the time to take down America was NOW!
The stage was set, all the players were in place to crash the economy and usher in "the ones we have been waiting for" and they were not willing to take a chance on HRC bugging out.
Aside from all of that, no one had been scrutinizing "Obama" all that much as he was new to the playing field, which gave them ample time to bury anything about him making him into a ghost of a candidate. As Judi McCleod of Canada Free Press says: "Only in America can a man who doesn’t exist grow up to be President."
