Not raised in America. But you must remain a ‘natural Citizen’ your entire life and not rely on ‘naturalized status’.
Obama’s US citizenship was terminated upon his adoption by Lolo Soetoro. He became an Indonesian citizen. He had to regain his US citizenship through naturalization. A process he possibly may never have done.
In addition. Look at the situation of the Thai Prime Minister. It is a perfect parallel to Obama/Soetoro. Obama was British citizen at birth. He never turned in form RN to formally renounce his British Citizenship. To this day - he is a Brit.
