A short video I came across demonstrating the LULA loader. Probably I'm the last person around to discover this speed loader for AR15 magazines. But hopefully there are a few out there that haven't seen it.

I went out and got one this morning. Better than sliced bread. Second try I loaded a 30 round magazine in 58 seconds, and no sore fingers. I'm taking this thing to the next Appleseed in April.

Appleseed plug: Got 4 of them this year at Knob Creek (by Fort Knox) KY. Next is on 4/23-24

I bought one for my 9mm pistols. What a dream this thing is. Just the fact that you don’t have to depress the spring with your thumb speeds things up considerably. It is worth its weight in gold.

Yep... it’s a wonderful thing. I got one for my AR-15 mags and one for my .45’s. I wonder how I lived so long without one. No more bruised thumbs!

Yes, they are great. Got one for the AR & 1911. Can load 10 30-round mags in about 15 minutes and I am slow.

BTW - went to knob creek last October - highly recommended.

I’ve been using them for my pistols (before I lost them in the boating accident) for a couple of years.

Caveat! Nowhere on the little card that comes with them, do they explain that the button near the top will lock the device closed (makes for better carrying around).

I know someone who thought it was stuck shut and pried it apart - breaking it.

If *anyone* knows of a loader for the Marlin 22 ten round magazine (I own a 795), I’d dearly love to have one. I have 4 magazines for it and my thumb is sore as all get out by the time I’ve loaded them twice.

I don’t care who calls me a wimp: I bought one each for AR-15, M1A, and .45 ACP pistol.

The rifle versions also unload a magazine, which is really convenient.

Just got done using mine at the range today. A real thumb saver, especially on those 30-round mags. Makes unloading a mag pretty easy, too. I also use the UPLula for my 9mm CZ 82. They work great and are worth the money.

I was there, too. I think we talked. I was using the Nylon 66 tube loader that was giving me grief. That's part of the reason I bought the Marlin 795. Tube loaders are not suited to that program.
