I agree 100%, and would probably go one step further with those who ‘led’ their men in such actions. If these incidents are proven and are as reported then the ‘leaders’ should, in my opinon, be executed.
However, as far as I know, at the time the article was published, no one had been convicted.

It wouldn’t take many court-martials before this crappola stopped cold. That’s one of the major points of shaming them and dishing out severe punishment.
