No ObamaCare waivers. Defund and Repeal.

Congress is supposed to make and change the laws, not the Executive Branch. We already have 1 Executive Order loving Prez now who uses those to get around Congress. The courts get to decide if ObamaCare is constitutional or not. Congress then changes the law again depending on what the courts say.

The framers wanted checks and balances to limit the powers of each of the three branches. What Romney has proposed here is far removed from that.

Sounds like HHS would still be running the show with 50 versions of ObamaCare. Ludicrous in my opinion.
