I question the sanity of anyone who would make such an asinine assertion.

Great, then it should be no problem for you to show where me in the Constitution that grants the Courts or the Congress the authority to ignore the Bill of Rights in the Constitution.

When you strip all the BS from this debate, by definition, right or wrong, what the Supreme Court says IS the law, that's it.

So this is reality = truth or something?

When our Supreme Court exceeds their authority, you are saying I am out of line to call them out on it. Screw them. It may also interest you that drug testing was a 5-4 ruling which Scalia dissented on.

Maybe there is no practical benefit in not accepting your reality but at least we can document where this country jumped the track so future generations will not make the same mistake. Of course the problem with this approach is that we are the ones that derailed the train so we are not likely the ones to fix the problem.
