I’ve tried several orange sodas, and Crush tasted the best to me, perhaps because it some actual orange juice in it. Of course, as with the excellent Carver’s Ginger Ale, it’s not available in the South.

Colas I can understand the taste difference. I'll take Pepsi only if there's nothing else, but Coca-Cola still wins. Only thing that rivals Coca-Cola is an ice cold RC Cola from the longneck bottle.

From New York City, Dr. Brown's Black Cherry Soda is incomparable if there's yesterday's brisket being served slightly warmed on good Rye with plain old yellow mustard. That's real Brooklyn.

Last best drinks I like are some Boylan's flavors and Stewart's Key Lime Soda if it's chilled so cold as to be on the brink of frozen on a hot summer's day.
