We can’t even get a fence at the border, how would we ever fence in DC? Besides, too many have escaped already, and they’re breeeeeedddddinnnnnnnggggggg.
Just get a fleet of orange pickups and put an "Exit closed Use Next exit" sign on all of the exit ramps on the beltway...and wait for them to run out of gas.
