Is Media Matters breaking the law in its 'war' on Fox News?
The Examiner ^ | 03/27/11 | Mark Tapscott

Media Matters, the George Soros-backed legion of liberal agit-prop shock troops based in the nation's capital, has declared war on Fox News, and in the process quite possibly stepped across the line of legality.

David Brock, MM's founder, was quoted Saturday by Politico promising that his organization is mounting "guerrila warfare and sabotage" against Fox News, which he said "is not a news organization. It is the de facto leader of the GOP, and it is long past time that it is treated as such by the media, elected officials and the public.”

To that end, Brock told Politico that MM will “focus on [News Corp. CEO Rupert] Murdoch and trying to disrupt his commercial interests ..." Murdoch is the founder of Fox News and a media titan with newspaper, broadcast, Internet and other media countries around the world.

There is nothing in the Politico article to suggest that Brock, who was paid just under $300,000 in 2009, according to the group's most recently available tax return, plans to ask the IRS to change his organization's tax status as a 501(C)(3) tax-exempt educational foundation.

Searched, didn't find.

This is certainly a unique way of handling Media Matters.

Media Matters is in gross violation of IRS regulations.

No, it is impossible for Media Matters to break the law.

Laws are only applicable to conservative organizations and individuals.

Liberals and their organizations are above the law.

So, the Marxist demonization of Limbaugh and conservative talk show hosts got little traction, demonization of Tea Party conservatives failed and demonization of Palin has failed. Gotta find another demon. Looks like Fox News is it.

I predict this will fail, too, and quickly. The good news is that the left and its useful idiots have used up the Marxist playbook and have little to show for it.

The high water mark of the Marxist attack on American and its Constitution was the installation of the Usurping Onada in the WH. Everything pretty much went to crap after that. The only Onada has achieved is revealing to America Marxism’s determination to impose a system that has failed where ever it’s been tried on America. In short, Onada came out from behind the “change and hope” mark to show us what we have to look forward to as a communist system.

The only opportunity Marxism has ever offered is the opportunity to suffer equally. That is the definition of “fairness” to Marxists.

Yes, they are breaking the law. No, they will not be prosecuted, even if they start shooting up Fox news studios.

I always opt for using as few syllables as possible given the poor reading, reading comprehension and attention span of the average American—thanks to our Marxist-dominated public “education”.

Obamanation is good, too as it pretty much includes traitor in the name. In fact, I’m now adding the word “traitor” as appropriate when I discuss the Usurping Marxist/islamoterrorist occupying the WH.
