I’m a believer. I’ve been hitting the iron since I was 14. I’m not Ahnold, but I have a 46 inch chest and a 34 inch waist at age 50. People who don’t know me often think I’m in my mid thirties.

I'm in my late 60s and stopped lifting years ago but still do 60 push ups 5-7 times a week, and use an old device called "The Bull Worker".

The Bull Worker is a spring-loaded device that uses your own muscle groups as resistance.

Works well and you can get a full body work out with minimal chance of injury.

i don't know if it's still sold, but I'm sure there are many devices that are similar.

I did not start working out until I was 50. You can get by without exercise when you’re young, but not when you start to get up there.

The bad part is since I added 4 inches to my shoulders and chest, I can’t fit into my old sports jackets.
