At first, I thought this was some refence to a late night comedian’s show. It was only because I live in Maryland that the mention of Chevy Chase helped me get an idea of the location.

The city is the third largest city in the Metro-East and Southern Illinois. Due to its close proximity to Scott Air Force Base, the population receives a boost from military and federal civilian personnel, defense contractors, and military retirees.
