I wonder if Barry knows that. Well, he’d have Eric Holder on his side. What’s 18 USC 911 to him anyway? He won didn’t he?

Most of these people get caught for outrageous claims. They tell everybody they are Special Forces Airborne Force Recon Seal Top Gun mega warriors with over the top awards such as multiple DSCs, the MOH, DFCs despite not having an aviation background.
I had a classmate at Annapolis (not for long) that was prior enlisted and showed up with an award claimed from supposed prior Army service. It took just a tiny bit of time for him to get popped, a speedy Honor board, followed by UCMJ and departure from the service.

Looking up 18 USC 911 did make me start thinking a bit. A conviction on that offense makes you inadmissible for future trips to the U.S. I don’t know if that includes use of false working documents, but if it doesn’t the law needs to be updated.

Some judge said having and using a false SS# was okay. Isn’t that supposed to be proof of citizenship? Of sorts?

Is there going to be some penalty? She can’t be allowed to get away with this.

I would assume so. There are laws against this. However, it is MN....
The feds will hopefully take this on.

They can get her for impersonation at the very least. The rest would be covered if the Stolen Valor Act was still around.
